The Spider ZT Max is the pure expression of the Spider Stability platform — an ultrahigh MOI mallet built for players who want Spider Stability — no compromises, no distractions, just a putter that performs.

More Stability. More Spider. More Max.

Spider ZT Max brings the Spider Stability platform to a bigger stage — four heavy steel and tungsten corner weights, a low-density aerospace-grade aluminum body, and a toe-up design engineered to maximize MOI and hold the face square when it counts. Tour-informed Milled True Path™ alignment and precision sole shaping take care of the rest.

Spider Stability

Ultrahigh MOI starts with the right materials in the right places. Four heavy corner weights anchor and frame the perimeter of a low-density, aerospace-grade aluminum body — pushing mass as far from center as possible. The result is a head that resists twisting through the stroke and returns the face square at impact, time after time.

Engineered from the Ground Up

The KBS CT Putter 120 Steel Stepless Black PVD shaft bores directly toe-ward near the center of gravity, with a 2° shaft lean and 34mm of onset behind the face. This setup produces a stable, toe-up orientation that allows you to make a repeatable stroke. Subtle camber on the forged aluminum sole plate behind the CG allows the putter to sit flush against the ground. The three TSS weights are the final piece in optimizing the swingweight and toe-up orientation.

Designed for the Moment of Truth

At impact, the black Pure Roll™ insert — built from a combination of Surlyn and aluminum — creates a softer feel and more controlled sound. Grooves angled at 45° promote optimal forward roll from the first contact point. On the top line, Milled True Path™ alignment takes the classic TaylorMade system further: lines milled to exactly the width of a golf ball so you can index to center face with precision, every time.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I become a golf professional?

To become a club professional or teaching professional it will cost some money, take some time and require you to apply yourself, just like any other career path

What do you need to start playing golf?

To get started as a beginner golfer, you’ll need golf clubs, balls, and tees, as well as a bag to store the equipment in. You’ll also need golf shoes that won’t damage the course, appropriate golf clothing depending on the weather, a towel for cleaning your clubs, and a divot repair tool.

What should you wear when golfing?

While there isn't a strict dress code at all golf courses, it's generally recommended to wear collared shirts, slacks or shorts, and golf-specific shoes or athletic shoes. Breathable, moisture-wicking clothing is recommended to help keep you cool and comfortable while out on the course. A hat is also wise to wear to help keep UV rays off your skin.

How do you aim a golf ball?

Aiming a golf ball involves aligning yourself and the clubface in relation to your intended target. The proper stance and grip are instrumental in correctly aiming the golf ball. Practice aligning yourself and the clubface during your practice sessions to develop a reliable sense of aim.
