The Volvik Italian Leather series belt buckle features a matte finish Volvik V logo on a heavy zinc die casting, plated in advanced plating and finished to a luxurious, mirror like luster. The buckles are precision-milled, welded, then plated and come with a hand-bent bracket looped, interchangeable clamping system.
The Volvik Italian Leather belt series is handmade in Italy of the finest Italian leathers. It features “top grain” leather that allows for maximum pliability and stain resistance. The leather is vegetable tanned by using tannin and other natural sources from bark mills and natural compounds derived from vegetation.
Each strap is treated with a mix of chemicals to maintain durability and lock in its natural oils. The hide is then smoothed and a finish coat is added to create a sleek look. By using this method of production, one can guarantee that the grain of the leather is naturally occurring.
