Qi4D Max is our first ever modern, adjustable non-titanium driver. The forged 7075 aluminum collar allowed engineers to provide you adjustability and maximum forgiveness without sacrificing speed. A new, modern aerodynamic head shape also adds to the speed equation and provides you with a confidence-inspiring profile at address.

BUILT FOR SPEED

Qi4D Max is our first modern adjustable Max driver. The 7075 aluminum collar is forged and machined to provide you ample adjustability in an ultra-forgiving head without compromising speed.

The redesigned, modern address shape provides the perfect blend of speed and forgiveness and inspires confidence in the address position.

ENGINEERED FOR DISTANCE AND FORGIVENESS

Qi4D Max features a new and improved roll radius that tightens spin rates at different vertical contact points on the face. The result is increased consistency between drives struck both high and low on the face.

Additionally, 60x Carbon Twist Face™ helps shots struck out of the heel and toe stay more online for narrower downrange dispersion. The carbon face also provides weight savings which adds to the ball speed equation.

OPTIMIZED ADJUSTABILITY

Our first modern adjustable Max driver, the Qi4D Max utilizes two Trajectory Adjustment System (TAS) weights (13g / 4g) that allow you the most mass efficient adjustability for optimized ball flight and spin.

A 4° loft sleeve adds another level of adjustability for loft, lie and face angle to optimize ball flight.

If you’re looking for the most accurate head data, you can upgrade to an LME head with reflective fitting markers compatible with GC Quad launch monitors.

A SHAFT FOR EVERY SWING

Through capturing and analyzing more than 11 million shots over the last 20 years, we’ve developed technology that allows fitters and everyday golfers just like you to identify your rotation through impact and play a shaft that matches your unique swing profile.

REAX™ shafts are the result of TaylorMade engineers utilizing Mitsubishi Chemical’s industry leading materials expertise and production processes to produce world-class shafts for a vast array of swing types.

TOUR-PROVEN TECHNOLOGIES

Qi4D Max drivers employ time-tested and Tour-proven technologies.

A redesigned cut-through Speed Pocket™ reduces spin and protects ball speeds on low-face strikes for consistent performance, even on mis-hits.

Multimaterial construction allows engineers to strategically place mass in areas of the club where it maximizes speed, stability and overall performance.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I become a golf professional?

To become a club professional or teaching professional it will cost some money, take some time and require you to apply yourself, just like any other career path

What do you need to start playing golf?

To get started as a beginner golfer, you’ll need golf clubs, balls, and tees, as well as a bag to store the equipment in. You’ll also need golf shoes that won’t damage the course, appropriate golf clothing depending on the weather, a towel for cleaning your clubs, and a divot repair tool.

What should you wear when golfing?

While there isn't a strict dress code at all golf courses, it's generally recommended to wear collared shirts, slacks or shorts, and golf-specific shoes or athletic shoes. Breathable, moisture-wicking clothing is recommended to help keep you cool and comfortable while out on the course. A hat is also wise to wear to help keep UV rays off your skin.

How do you aim a golf ball?

Aiming a golf ball involves aligning yourself and the clubface in relation to your intended target. The proper stance and grip are instrumental in correctly aiming the golf ball. Practice aligning yourself and the clubface during your practice sessions to develop a reliable sense of aim.
